Factor's proven method of commercial exterior cleaning starts with a pre-rinsing of all surfaces to loosen surface dirt and remove large debris. A foaming soap containing the appropriate mix of algaecides, de-greasers, and sanitizers is then applied to all surfaces that are to be cleaned. Pressure washing with hot or cold water is then performed and followed by a complete rinsing of all surfaces from top to bottom. Our state of the art equipment allows for fully adjustable pressure and temperature to give each surface the appropriate and safest cleaning possible.
Industrial Power WashingIndustrial power washing is the best way to clean your machinery and equipment. The appropriate chemicals are combined with hot water and up to 4000 psi to restore the look of your trucks, tractors, buses, trailers, silos, warehouses and tanks. Hand cleaning by pole & brush is usually combined with the pressure washing to ensure a detailed and thorough clean.
